Responsible Business
Last updated: September 2026
At Rhodium Partners Limited (“RP”, “we”, “us” or “our”), responsible business is part of good business. It is reflected in the decisions we make, the advice we provide, the people we work with and the standards we expect of ourselves and others.
As a professional advisory firm, our reputation depends on trust, integrity and intellectual rigour. We seek to work with clients, partners and suppliers who share those principles.
Integrity & Ethical Conduct
We are committed to acting honestly, professionally and with integrity. We provide advice that is considered and evidence-based, protect confidential information, manage conflicts appropriately, and comply with applicable legal, regulatory and professional obligations.
We encourage constructive challenge and will raise concerns where we identify material ethical, governance or risk issues.
Human Rights & Modern Slavery
We respect internationally recognised human rights and do not tolerate modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, child labour or exploitation.
While our direct exposure as a professional services business is relatively low, we remain alert to risks within our business relationships and supply chain. We expect those we work with to operate lawfully and respect fundamental human rights.
Where serious concerns arise and cannot be appropriately addressed, we may choose not to enter into or continue a business relationship.
Inclusion & Respect
We believe different perspectives, experiences and constructive challenge contribute to better decisions.
We are committed to treating people with dignity and respect and providing equal opportunity based on capability and contribution. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, bullying or inappropriate behaviour.
For us, inclusion means creating an environment where different perspectives can be expressed, tested and respectfully challenged.
Responsible Relationships
We seek to work with clients, suppliers and professional partners whose conduct is consistent with our standards.
We consider factors such as integrity, reputation, security, responsible business practices and value when selecting business partners. Where appropriate, we undertake proportionate due diligence based on the nature and risk of the relationship.
We may decline or withdraw from an engagement where we have material concerns regarding legality, integrity, financial crime, human rights or other conduct inconsistent with our professional standards.
Our Commitment
We will keep our approach under review as our business and operating environment develop and strengthen our practices where new or greater risks emerge.
Our standard is simple: act with integrity, treat people with respect, challenge responsibly and make decisions we are prepared to stand behind.
